makeupmaven Thank you for your feedback. I would like to mention you purchased the item mid day Thursday the 12th after mail is picked up. I do work till 5 mon-Friday and dropped off your item on that Saturday (making sure everything was freshly laundered for you). It left my possession and was being processed on the 14th. Sometimes we just need a little patience with the shipping process.
