chattiecat66 @thriftedclozet I have a lady that bought a dress from me. I advertised it as a size 6, but it was actually a size 8. She said she took it to a seamstress and was told the dress would lose its integrity (I don’t believe that, but). She reached out to me asap. I reached out to Poshmark asap. Now they are saying that she waited too long, when in fact she brought it to my attention right way.

thriftedclozet @chattiecat66 she should have requested a return, I would ask Poshmark to remove that rating. We all make mistakes, sometimes we catch them sometimes we don’t. Had the lady said something right away and requested a return then you could have just relisted the item. Do you add measurements to your listing?
