bstofall4u Hi Catiee, You just bought a puzzle from me and I am having trouble with shipping it. It’s 9 1/2 pounds and the post office wanted over $40 additional to mail it. I’ve reached out to Poshmark Customer Service to see if I made a mistake and how to fix it. I am very new to Poshmark and this is both a tad over size and over 5 pounds. So just letting you know I’m a bit delayed in when I am able to ship. Thanks, Ted

catieflory22 @bstofall4u the post office can be very picky. Poshmark customer service gets back to you pretty quick. A lot of times when sellers drop prices on their items, shipping discounts get offered to those who like it - I was offered a $4 shipping fee. This is Poshmarks doing I believe. Let me know if there’s anything I need to do or help with! I really want this puzzle😅

catieflory22 @bstofall4u but I also believe that poshmark has a flat rate of like $7.50 no matter what. But I’m not 100% positive on that

bstofall4u @catieflory22 I’ll let you know what I hear. Worst case is I will eat the $40 plus dollars to ship. But I won’t be to the post office again until Wednesday most likely.

bstofall4u I looked up online and think I have it figured out how to upgrade the label on the app. Looks like for $22.50 I can mail up to 10 pounds. It will come out of my share. I can’t print the label until tonight, and won’t be to Post Office until Wednesday. Sorry my inexperience delayed this.
