Hi! I'm Cecelia. I am 4’11” and weight 95 lbs. I usually wear 3-5 inch heels with my floor length gowns. I wear a 34 B bra, my pants are usually short/petite, and size 5 shoes. The brand bebe is true to my size. Most my clothing has only been worn once and dry cleaned. Non-smoker.
