aivawear @joyce1991a hi was the box sealed when you received it? I’m driving now so I can stop by the post office to see what is going on because both shoes were there and wrapped with the wrapping paper.

joyce1991a @chardai4j the wrapping paper was wadded up inside then a shoe n your note was not opened when I got it thought it was strange for wrapping paper not around shoe

aivawear @joyce1991a I’m trying to get it figured out. I’m a little far from the post office now but I’m on my way to see what is going on. The package was sealed with both shoes so I’m upset that this has happened.

aivawear @joyce1991a I just spoke to my friend at the post office who actually took the package and scanned it in front of me. The only thing I can do is file a claim. I have already contacted Poshmark so that I can collect the one shoe that you did receive and process a refund. I’m sorry for the inconvenience as this was the only pair that I had.

joyce1991a @chardai4j would it have been done on this side? Not funny was it taped on one end?? Closed like normal on other end?? Somewhere I think it got opened and a shoe out and wrapping paper crammed back in haven’t ever had any trouble from getting things from posh

aivawear @joyce1991a i really have no idea. I’m actually irritated because this was my first sale and I wanted everything to be perfect. But my hands are tied all i can do now is wait for Poshmark to respond. I’m sorry that this happened
