lisamccue Thank you for the 5 star rating. I was concerned when you hadn’t received the bag. As far as the zipper handle I reattached it before I mailed it It just needs to be tightened with a pliers.

chersugarlee @tsleather I did not see an extra envelope could it have fallen off? The extra packaging materials and box are now thrown away? I would recommend sending a message next time so the buyer is aware. I opened up and searched through all the materials I received and did not see the scarf? The rug was there and arrived safely. I’m happy to pay for that but the scarf was not there or I guess easily found so I’m not willing to pay for that.
