alliewu @cher1220 Hi there! I just noticed the rating on the MK bag. I would have really appreciated you letting me know and I would have done something to resolve it. Perhaps a spare MK leather conditioner and cleaner. I’ve only worn the handbag once and the strap was brand new, never used and there was even a piece from where the ticket was attached inside the bag. Would have loved to know what exactly needed “cleanliness”. I would have really appreciated the opportunity to resolve yours issue.
