minneshelly I bought some heels from you in May for an event in August. When they arrived they looked like the photo and they fit. I gave you five stars! I wore them for the first time this weekend and both shoes had the top separate from the sole about 5 minutes after I started walking in them. I ended up shoeless at the wedding I was attending. I really hope the rest of your closet is not secretly falling apart as well. <3

totsndots360 @minneshelly I am so sorry to hear that. I absolutely wouldn’t have sold anything if I knew there were issues. I had no idea and I do apologize. I have no way in knowing what will happen with anything once it’s out of my possession. I would reach out to the manufacturer. They are the people who need to know that their shoe fell apart. It might be an unknown defect that if enough people complain they can issue a warning.
