cherylaf @gr8ful_mama Hi! It turned out that the link of one bead to another must have just folded in a way that it slipped apart. Probably just from the pressure of closing the box. I was finally able to reattach it. No worries. I trust you didn’t know it happened. It was accidental I’m sure. Thanks for the offer but not necessary! All the best!
