simmonsca I'm sorry you were not happy with the NIKE shorts. All my items are laundered before I ship them in the plastic wrapping in case the box ever gets wet the item does not. Shipping is delayed due to COVID 19 and I could not control the delay. I ship the day of or the next day. I watch each item and they ate taking forever. sorry again
