unityblend @xian619 Hi, yes that has happened to me before as well. Go to "problems, order inquiry". You'll find it by going to your Sales--click on the sold listing you shipped already. Contact Posh Support. If they see you already shipped it, they should release payment to you. When did the person order and when was the item cancelled?

xian619 @kakchat1 thanks for the speedy reply. I basically did everything you stated and messaged the buyer to either please process payment or return item. I haven't heard back. Poshmark stated it's not their responsibility after they contact buyer advising to notify them. I really hope I don't get screwed.

unityblend @xian619 you should be able to see the status when you go to "my sales" and click on the item that sold. It will have a shipping status. Also, how long did u wait from the time the buyer purchased to the day you shipped?
