pharmachien I am extremely disappointed by the fact that you sold me a pair of Simone Rocha shoes and failed to communicate or send them. Why keep the item up for sale and then choose not to reply to any of my comments or messages when I can see that you've been active?These were supposed to be a gift for my roommate's birthday. I bought them so they would have plenty of time to get here, now I won't have time to get them an actual gift. you could have just told me they weren’t coming.
