simplychicposh I’m sorry you were disappointed in the shorts. I feel a need to respond. You ordered the shorts on a Saturday. My mail person picks up Saturday morning so the first available ship time after your order was Monday am and that is when they were mailed. Cleanliness - they were washed prior to listing and stored in a plastic container in my house.

simplychicposh Packaging - I have never been criticized for my packaging EVER. They were wrapped nicely. Responsiveness - I believe I answered your question within 24 hours.

christinagargan @simplychicposh hi, i was not dissatisfied at all, so not sure where the miscommunication was. packaging was super cute, and the shorts will be perfect once broken it property. I had no issues. the only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars is because the jeans has a slight smell to them. not sure if were stored in a bin or something. nothing too bad though - I just washed them. overall experience was great though.
