eastvillagevibe Hi! With regard to your swim bottoms I have already opened a case with Poshmark as I accidentally swapped your label with another (who purchased the item you received.) This has never happened before, I’m extremely sorry and would never want you to have a disappointing experience! Your item is en route back to me and upon inspecting that it’s in perfect condition I can send it to your proper address. In the meantime through Posh support you can get a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.

styled_mama Hi Christina! It looks like both the dress and Jordans were attempted to be delivered on 4/8 but there was an”Delivery Exception” due to “animal interference.” It’s odd because that update is showing in Jacksonville, FL while all other tracking updates are for NY, and nothing appears to have updated since then. I have contacted Poshmark Support to see if they’re able to assist. By chance, have you tried following up as well? I want to make sure you receive both of your purchases! 💜
