whitneydawn Hi! Shipped out the Fitbit today. I hope you enjoy it. I reset the device then deleted the Fitbit app off my phone so you should be good to restart it. If you have any probs Fitbit customer service was great to deal with. I sent the charger with it. Enjoy 👍🏼
