lenavieboutique Hello. You ripped the dress in the arm hole completely open and shredded where we can’t even fix it and you asked for a return when there was a label inside that we had can you use the bogus return method that there was no label. Which was a complete lie. If a dress is too small for you, you dont force it on rip it. And then send it back under false pretenses.. We are reporting this to Poshmark right now.

lenavieboutique How unethical to do such a thing and then be absolutely deceitful is alarming. And to top it off to send back a dress and a brand new item all jumbled up in a box with a gaping hole when we sent it to you brand new directly from our store and packaged beautifully, is appalling. christineotey @lenavieboutique there was no tag, it was clearly not the size or even print reflected in the image/description, and I provided images to posh to prove it. Of course it ripped slightly when I attempted to take it off since it was again not the size represented. I didn’t force myself into it I started to put it on and it got stuck. It was not a quality item. I don’t normally report or return things but this was beyond what I was willing to accept.

christineotey @lenavieboutique I’m sorry you feel my return was unethical but you can imagine the frustration of purchasing a dress for almost $100 and have it arrive being something completely different than what was depicted in your post. I can assure you I won’t buy anything from you again and hope you can update your posts so this doesn’t happen again to someone else.

luv2luvutoo @christineotey Thank you so much for the FYI. But, we’ve sold 100’s of these with glowing reviews as listed in the ad. Very happy Happy customers. What is unethical is you SHREDDING THE DRESS AND RIPPING IT. Then requesting a return after ruining the item. That’s dishonest. No store will allow you to return a completely ruined item after you purchase it brand new because it was too small for you, yet you tried to make it work and ripped it to shreds in the armpit.

Then when you send it back please let Poshmark know you damaged the item, or send in the same condition you received it in. That’s only proper. 🌸
