hdrawlings Hi! My friend bought a pair of Cabi jeans from you at the beginning of March. In the pics for them it shows a measurement of 17” at the top waist and they are actually 15”. I’m assuming you accidentally sent the wrong pair. She asked Posh to help her and even sent a pic and they didn’t help, which I’m shocked about. Could you please help? She isn’t that familiar with Posh, and I’m trying to help. I understand when you have multiple listing’s, mix ups happen. Thank you

cdesilva33 Sadly, this Posh Ambassador has enabled the function not to let you re-use her photos when you want to re-posh a purchase when it didn’t fit you but you bought it fair and square, and doesn’t respond when you ask for permission to use photos. Just beware you’ll need to go to additional effort to re-posh if you buy from her and it doesn’t fit.
