cloughman1010 @shoestylist10 Here is what I got when I googled the instructions: How do I give a partial refund to a buyer? To offer a partial refund: Go to your Returns dashboard - opens in new window or tab. Select View return details beside the item. Select Offer a partial refund and then Continue. Enter the amount you wish to offer the buyer. You can choose to add a message to the buyer. Select Send offer.

cloughman1010 @shoestylist10 I got another canned reply, this one telling me to file a claim. I did that last night and have not heard a response yet. I was very clear in the claim that you & I had already come to an agreement on a solution to the issue. If you can figure out a way to deal direct instead of jumping through their hoops I'm all for that.
