@shoestylist10 Is there any way you can give me a discount on what I paid instead of me shipping it back? I'm hoping to take it to my amazing cleaner to have her help me get the smoke smell out and that will cost me about $50.

@shoestylist10 Here is what I got when I googled the instructions: How do I give a partial refund to a buyer?
To offer a partial refund:
Go to your Returns dashboard - opens in new window or tab.
Select View return details beside the item.
Select Offer a partial refund and then Continue.
Enter the amount you wish to offer the buyer.
You can choose to add a message to the buyer.
Select Send offer.

@shoestylist10 I got another canned reply, this one telling me to file a claim. I did that last night and have not heard a response yet. I was very clear in the claim that you & I had already come to an agreement on a solution to the issue. If you can figure out a way to deal direct instead of jumping through their hoops I'm all for that.
