sophiehazle @loveclairebearx hi there!!! I just wanted to let you know I am tracking down my black rothy points that I shipped! I was alerted today that they have not been scanned and I am taking this super serious!! I am so sorry!! (this is what happens when you let your husband put it in the mail 😶😬) Will keep you posted asap!!!!

loveclairebearx @sophiehazle Thank you for the update. So they have been shipped already but we’re not scanned by USPS? It’s 2-3 day shipping typically, so just confirming they haven’t shown up yet on my end. I’d planned to have these for an event which unfortunately now they won’t be here in time :/

sophiehazle @loveclairebearx They were dropped in the mailbox on Tuesday but the tracking shows "not shipped" so I will need to track this down on Monday. I am so sorry!! I have opened a support ticket with Posh so they are aware. They told me "If tracking does not update by Saturday, March 12, 2022, please let us know." but that seems like an awfully long time to wait. Again my sincerest apologies. Let me know how you want to proceed and I will keep you posted from my end as well 😔
