clarethomason33 @breezyresales this is fully untrue and inaccurate. I wanted to return the item because you had washed it incorrectly (Rothy’s shoes) and they were damaged. This happens when Rothy’s are washed on too high of a heat. When I tried to reach out to you to resolve, you turned off the conversation. This is pretty unprofessional that you would go on a buyers page and make false claims when they leave you anything but a 5 star review.

clarethomason33 @breezyresales I didn’t just “come up with something”. I’d be happy to send you a photo of the back heel part of the shoes that you sold me. They are completely slanted in and warped. I have side by side photos to compare the ones that you sold me and a pair of my own that I have washed. The issue is that the back part is warped and shrunken. It has nothing to do with the width.
