caroljee @cgmaraist I am sorry, I did not understand the terms of the sale and I understand that I should have. But is there any way that you can let me retract the sale because I was buying for a gift and I thought it was NWT and I did not understand. Please try and be understanding? I would really appreciate it. I cannot use it if it is not new. I am very sorry and would greatly appreciate if you could find it in your heart to be understanding.

cgmaraist @caroljee you have to go through Poshmark and file a complaint but the item was not marked nwt and after 2 hours sales are final unless they were misrepresented. I will wait to ship until you file a complaint with Poshmark but again I made no misrepresentation

caroljee Okay, I will file a complaint even though I know I made a mistake in assuming you would only mark up the cost of the skirt if it were NWT. I have the same skirt and was trying to buy it for a friend who liked mine. I assumed it was NWT because it was marked up so much. I am sorry and I wish I did not have to file a complaint. I am sure I can find something else on your shop to purchase another time.

cgmaraist @caroljee If you purchase it I can have Poshmark to cancel the luluskirt. But they are not the same price. Lulu has a large aftermarket demand so prices do tend to stay higher even for it new items. But, you have to understand how Poshmark works. I will accept what I’m asking for the other outfit if sent tonight. Otherwise the skirt will be mailed in the morning per the way Poshmark requires buyers and sellers to do business.

I am sorry for the confusion as I did not understand it was not NWT as your other item is. I have reached out to customer support and they have asked me to reach out again to you to explain the misunderstanding before you shipped the item. I explained that I had reached out almost immediately and they were hopeful that you would be willing to cancel.

cgmaraist @caroljee The item you made an offer on was accepted and because you didn’t know you paid shipping in that offer that you made, you want me to send you a more expensive item in my closet instead? I too contacted Poshmark and they told me it was up to you to cancel the order in the 2 hour window which Poshmark gives for mistake orders, or when you receive the item, if it has been misrepresented in any way, to request a refund from them.

cgmaraist @caroljee ma’am, for the 5th time, all to have to do is file a complaint with Poshmark. Have you used this platform before because it seems that you are not familiar with it. If you feel the listing was deceitful in any way, Poshmark opens a claim and investigates. That said, if they deem your complaint is valid, the item must be returned in the exact condition which it arrived in.
