purplemezzo I'm sorry the shoes are not a perfect fit. I'm bummed when I make a purchase and it doesn't work out. I was sorry to receive my first 3 star rating. Was there something within my control as a seller that I could improve? Thank you for your feedback 🙂

purplemezzo Hi, again. I'm still hoping you can provide explanation of the rating "could improve" so I may improve as a seller. I made sure the shoes were clean, packaged nicely in a way they would be safe from damage, mailed within one day, kept in top of checking shipping status in case a problem should need to be addressed, and kept up communication...could you provide feedback on "could improve" so I might improve? Thanks!

ctransom @purplemezzo hello- I didn't mean to offend you with my rating. You did everything right as a seller; timeliness of shipping, shoe was in good condition and wrapping the product for shipment. Because I really like the shoes I changed the rating to a 4 only because the shoes run a lil big even with the shoe grippers I bought. I wish I could give a 4.5.

purplemezzo @ctransom I guess it is confusing to me because rate sellers according to performance, things within their control. I'm sorry the shoes are big on you, but they run true to size for us. Saying they run big wouldn't have been honest. I ordered a pair of shoes recently and they were big on me, but based on everything in the transaction, I could not place fault on the seller. I guess that's where my confusion comes in because there isn't anything I can change to create improvement. Thx again.
