@lovebgk The button doesn’t get stuck, it’s the light level, you just need to turn more to set the right level. I feel it working, I can hear and see when using it on myself, but not patient enough to do the 10 sessions I need.

really??? Are u sure, first it was charged, u have to hit the first button once, shoot! I forgot, i remember when i first got it, i had to call tria, because i was having problems... but i wasnt doing something right, im trying to think, first, u plug it, once its green its charged, then u have to hit top little button, once for 5, min 2xs i think extends it & 3xs, is the longest,
If u still have trouble, call them, to make sure im saying to hit right buttons,

@vocca14 thanks for responding. it seems that the once the battery charge ran out from wherever it was when it was sent (about 5 min) it now won’t re-charge. There is no light coming on. It sat all night and I just checked and sadly it is still not working. I called the company yesterday and gave them the serial number. They said that it is an older machine. They can’t send any replacement parts. I just did as you instructed but no not working 😩

@lovebgk are u serious???? 😱😱😱 that is crazy? It didnt get wet when i shipped it right? Do u want to contact poshmark & see what they say? I feel awful! I made a point of charging & using it, as i hadnt used it in forever, & it was working 😱

@vocca14 hey there, No I did not get wet. When I contacted the company they said that after a while the batteries just quit working which seems to be the case. My husband looked at it and looked online and other people had similar issues where it just quit working. I looked on the policies for posh and did not see anything that would help. I appreciate your offer. I don’t know what to say either but I’m happy to send it back if you want to retest it?
