heidizme @nikka40 it was busy with appointments between myself and my dads, then I had sales to wrap, then my one brother caused trouble and said my mom was dying of a stroke after a few hours of me trying to figure it out, it wasnt true.. I was so exhausted after that, and then.had my chemo (benlysta) yesterday.. ugh what a crazy needless few days!! I'm ok now!! but like u said stress + lupus doesn't help...

I noticed that everytime I was really stressed or upset..I had a flare-up and I told my Dr this and he did confirm that stress can definitely cause a lupus flare-up..and it happens all the time, good thing is as least I know what's causing it..so I try n "relax"..go to a yoga class or go for a walk. Well, I hope you start to feel better hun 😊😊😊

heidizme @nikka40 after my infusion& I did alot over the weekend but still tried to relax I feel better today my hip has alot of pain but I'm scheduled for an outpatient procedure on friday for shots in my hip. A friend of my dads passed away and his funeral is friday, but I have to get this pain out of the way, because if I change it, it will be another 2 weeks. I hope u are doing good also!! 🙏🏻👍🏻😘☮💜 thanks for your ear see how we work together to lift each other up! I very much appreciate you! xoxo😘

When you said your hip has been bothering you..I said to myself "have I been having sympathy pains?" bc my right hip has REALLY been bothering me for the last week..week and a half. I hope it starts to feel better hun. It hurts when I walk..yours too? Ugh. Well..I gotta make dinner but I'm sending positive vibes your way hun. Take care 😊🥰
