preppysporty @connieluke hello connie, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the Ugg boots. I pride myself in keeping all my Uggs in their boxes and in good to excellent condition which all the Uggs sold have been. I am not sure if you are aware that the black long Classic Uggs from a year or two ago do not come with the furry lining, they are more wooly.

preppysporty @connieluke The Uggs were not matted nor were they ripped or stained and I never wear my Uggs in the snow, hence no water marks. Bailey button Uggs or short Uggs come in the more furry look and again depending on when one buys the Uggs the lining differs from shoe to shoe. I am willing to give a generous discount on any shirt or sweater in my closet if you are interested to help ease your displeasure.
