madikaysells Hi, can I ask what was wrong with my item description - I gave the condition of the item/brand/size/etc as well as measurements, and no further questions were asked? I also see I got 4 stars and packaging mentioned - did it open in transit somehow? :/

cgibble @madikaysells Hey there! Sure, the bag it was sent in was ripped open three places and the dress was out of the package laying on my porch. I realize this wasn't your fault, but maybe a extra wrapping inside the shipping bag would help. Also, although it is used, it was listed as "no flaws" but the fabric was faded and pilled. I didn't want to make a big fuss, but that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

madikaysells @cgibble Gotcha, sorry that happened and glad it was safe - 99.9% of the time my packages get there safely and securely, so I opt not to offer additional packaging to cut down on waste / for the planet. :)
