sarahnovey Hi. Just saw the rating you gave me on the skirt. I need to improve description, packaging, and cleanliness? I'm confused. Item had waist measurement, length measurement. Was washed in Tide Free and Clear ..... And then wrapped with tissue paper in a polymailer.
