ey3candyyyy They are not falling apart, just discoloration and there is a brown small piece that Goes along both sides of each handle, that part has come of just a little on the very top where it sits on your shoulder. It's not really noticeable while wearing. But they are definitely not going to fall apart. Still fully attached. It's just from normal wear, I think Michael kors is notorious for that happening with the handles.
