lisakf3 @crystalr76 I’m not sure what address it was sent to bc when it’s sent to posh it doesn’t include your personal address. It only includes the posh address. I think you should contact posh as soon as possible to make sure that after they authenticate that it’s sent to the correct address. As far as loving it... it truly is a stunning jacket. I have no doubt you will love it. 💕

lisakf3 Hi crystal... I got a message from posh that you’re not completely happy with the Burberry coat. They didn’t give me any info on why... just that they were first going to try to work it out with you. I truly want you to be 100% happy and sincerely think the coat is so gorgeous and would never be misleading on purpose. Please keep me posted on what posh does for you.... this is a high priced item and my goal is for you to be 100% happy.

lisakf3 @crystalr76 oh no... that’s so sad! It’s such an amazing coat. I hope it shows up and you get to enjoy it. I haven’t heard anything else from posh. They received and authenticated it so hopefully, at some point it gets returned to sender and they can still send it back to you!

lisakf3 @crystalr76 interesting... the only message I got was that you didn’t accept it. They gave me no info at all. That’s why I reached out to you because I couldn’t imagine what could be wrong!! They made it sound like you didn’t like it. They must be trying to track it to find out where they sent it. I can try to send a message to ask what the progress is. I really hope you get it!!

lisakf3 @crystalr76 hi crystal... did you ever hear anything from posh? I sent them a message 3 days ago and still haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s so strange since they received and authenticated the coat. I’m assuming you still haven’t received it. Let me know if you heard back from posh. I’m surprised I haven’t heard back.

lisakf3 @crystalr76 this is so crazy. They sent me one email weeks ago saying they were working this out and to do nothing. In the meantime, you haven’t received your merchandise, you paid, they haven’t paid me and they are not responding to either of our emails! I’m going to write them again today with the case number and see where that goes. I also will reach out to a very experienced posh member and see if she has any suggestions. This is not right!!

lisakf3 @crystalr76 I agree... I’m actually shocked at how this is being handled. Other than that initial email, I have t heard anything else. I’ve also, emailed them and no response. Up until now, I’ve only had positive posh experiences. I will wrote to them again today and of course, I will let you know any info I can get!

crystalr76 @lisakf3 no I sent a message on Tuesday and another one yesterday to the help desk online.. nothing. I’ve been searching for a number to call them but they must not have one. I’m extremely disappointed with Pushmark right now. Not sure why they haven’t been able to track the coat yet. It’s been over 3 weeks since I bought it. What else could we do?

lisakf3 @crystalr76 I just reached out to my mentor. She’s shocked about it! She suggestion that I respond to the original “case in review” email as well as open up a new email asking questions. I already did this but I’m going to do it again today. It’s almost a month since this item was sent to them. I can’t believe they have not responded at all to us. This is really crazy.

Let me know if you received the coat or if they gave you your money back. Otherwise, I’ll respond back to them again to figure out what is going on with your money or your coat. Lmk!! lisakf3 @crystalr76 no... they only wrote sorry for the confusion. They didn’t respond with any info on the coat and didn’t answer any of my questions. . I was hoping you received it. I’ll respond back to the email they sent me with your info in it. I’ll ask them what happened to this coat!!?? This is really crazy.

lisakf3 Hi again... I just got a reply from posh replying to question on where your coat is. I got a reply with tracking information. Did you get the tracking info? They say the package was signed for and delivered on Sept 5. It included the name of the person that signed for it. I wasn’t sure if you wanted me to publish the name here. Lmk They stated that if the buyer has a problem they should contact posh support. (Which I think you did already) I will write back again for you and continue to ask.

crystalr76 @lisakf3 so I’ve been talking to Poshmark support over e mail. They said UPS delivered it back on the 5 so if I didn’t receive it I have I go through UPS. I leave for deployment tomorrow so I’m doing my best to contact then before I leave but no word yet. 😢
