storknurse I need advice. I’m new at this. I came home today excited about receiving 3 packages from 3 different sellers. I don’t consider myself to be an overly picky person. I’m disappointed and would like our honest input. Order 1. Dress listed as new and the material is picked all the way across the top and no tags. Order 2. Dress listed as like new with food stains. Would be okay, but it’s dry clean only Order 3. 2 pair of exercise pants. Condition is as described; however, many pet hairs on both.

tspaulius Good morning. I first want to say thank you for your purchase of the gel nimbus. They r one of the first items I placed on my closet when I started. I have looked through my boxes and I cannot locate them this morning. I'm so upset because I hope u can see I'm usually a very responsible posher! Please give me a day to find then. If I can't I will cancel your order. Tbs k you for your patience.

misskimmytou I apologize 2nd today said smell smoke I don't smoke I have no idea why that happened but I get this about every 10 sales I WORK EXTREMELY hard for excellent customer service ea item is steamed and cared for before shipping maybe a mail carrier smokes it on putside packages? But again sorry that happened no one in my gome smokes either and I smell ck everything b4 ship 😣

storknurse @misskimmytou That is very strange. The dress is beautiful. Unfortunately, it is too big. I would normally resell and list “NWT”. Since the smoke smell is so strong, I will need to remove the tags and wash prior to selling. I appreciate the time you spent to respond. Thank you for caring.
