sheshexx4 While shopping here, I began to read all the ‘How to Poshmark’ items that Pm offers here. Then a couple YouTube’s. I began like you and posted a few things to get use to photographing, lighting, descriptions etc. Then I planned what I was going to list. I saw how I could photograph a group of items and save those items for later, when I could sit and fill in all the info required for Pm.

sheshexx4 So you hit the camera icon, take photos and use the ones you like, hit cancel and then look for the save as a ‘draft’ and come back to those items later. To come back, tap the camera icon again, look for the draft button and tap. I also like to take photos of the garment tags for manufacturer, size, and sometimes fabric and cleaning instructions. Sometimes if I have so many photos for an item full of features; I will make a collage of the details and/ or a collage of all the tags!

sheshexx4 Some are good at flat lays w/ items on the floor or any flat surface. Some hang from hangers. I hang and use a form. I also clip or pin in back. It’s hard work. Well, I’m older w/ maladies; so I do plan. Some people sell on multiple sites. They usually have a storage/ warehousing/ inventory system. Numbering listing and corresponding item numbered in plastic bags, bins etc.

sheshexx4 But here are my important tips. 1. Share your own closet 2 or 3 times a day. Sunday’s are usually the busiest. Also, Share your listings in Pm parties whenever you can. 2. Share others closets or listings whenever possible. Others will do the same for you. Cont’d

sheshexx4 You can also make friends here (a network if you will) and if you’re sick or just can’t share, your network will, so you don’t have to worry about your closet, just get well and pay it forward. There is also a ‘On vacation’ notification under Sellers tools. 3. Follow everybody and anybody. If you have trouble w/ someone you can block them or report them/comment similar to fb or other sites.

sheshexx4 4. Go to your closet page. Tap on ‘’Followers’ and see all the blue ‘Follow’ buttons. Tap each one. Do the same thing on others pages. 5. Look around this site. There are many tools, Q&A areas. You can trade. It is allowed but Pm does not cover the item or transaction at all. 6. Private conversations can be had w/ other Poshers, if you put one of their items in a ‘bundle. Do not go off Pm for on line transactions.

sheshexx4 There are scammers, if you read threads of conversations you will see the scammers have their own verbiage and bs story.
