laurengmanfuso Hi there. I saw your rating on the Zara blouse and wanted to reach out. The blouse was in flawless condition and had only been worn once, so I was a bit surprised to receive such a low rating. Was there something wrong with it?

laurengmanfuso @danamugurel You gave me a low rating because you don’t like a product you ordered? With all due respect, that isn’t something people usually low-rate a seller for. I didn’t make the product. I simply resold it. I sent you a product in excellent condition, as described, at a major discount, accepted a low-ball offer, and still offered the fastest shipping possible. If a seller does everything right, but you don’t like the item, just don’t rate them.

laurengmanfuso @danamugurel Low ratings are supposed to be for sellers who actually do things wrong — not because of your personal feelings about the item itself. When you do that, you put at risk a seller’s ambassador status, which is an important part of my ability to sell. And selling on here is important income for me.
