desiree325 Received a email that the dress was going to be sent anyways and I was refunded and that you were paid anyways. I have never received the dress nor a tracking number and the order is appearing as cancelled. Can you please let me know what is going on with it? Thank you Desiree Smith

desiree325 @hodaya I have never received or gotten a tracking number for the dress I ordered. The one world dress had shipping issues and I received a letter stating that I was refunded but would still receive the dress. As to date I have not received the dress or the tracking number. When I go to purchases it said the order has been cancelled. Can you please advise.

whirled_peas @desiree325 We received an email that you had been refunded and the issue was resolved. There was no additional shipping label to send you the dress or instructions to do so. We would love to send it, but the package was covered in tar and we can’t see your address. This is so frustrating, and we’re just as confused. We saw you had a bundle in store.

dbinib Hi there! I want to thank you guys for the quick ship of my order but also to inform you that according to USPS tracking service it has been delivered, unfortunately not to my address 😖. I sent USPS an email and also wanted to inform you guys, not sure if there's anything you can do from your end?

whirled_peas I hate when USPS messes up! I would put in an order inquiry/issue with Poshmark, and I will as well this evening, they are pretty good about resolving issues within 24 hours or so. In the past, when customers experience a delivery issue, I have seen them refund it to the buyer, sometimes us as well since everyone loses. I am so sorry! I will do what I can. Stay in touch, and hopefully it will be resolved.
