mwshughes I honestly did not notice those stains. Must have happened in storage. I bought this for my husband for Christmas 4 years ago and I promise you he never wore it once. If you want to return I will not object. I did inspect prior to sending and "unwearable" and 2 star review seems a bit extreme, but my intention on here is certainly not to upset people so happy to move forward with a return.

dtakoushian @mwshughes Thank you for the reply. I just zoomed in on the original pictures from your listing and the stains are apparent on those pictures as well (left of the zipper area). In person, the stains are more of a brown/yellow color. Although they are pretty small, they are noticeable enough that I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it in public. If I could return, that would be great, thank you for the follow up.

mwshughes @dtakoushian I think you have to initiate the return and then I approve it. Once we have that squared away if you would reconsider the severity of your rating and comments given the reality (and my honest oversight as I learn how to be the best and most trustworthy seller possible) I would greatly appreciate it. I feel terrible that you had such a bad experience and want to make it right.

dtakoushian @mwshughes Thank you for the info. Unfortunately I think I missed the window of return (72 hrs upon delivery). I was not home during the delivery/several days afterwards and didn't get to view the product until after the window closed (that's on me). Not sure if there is any other way to return to you or not.

mwshughes @dtakoushian I think their 3 day window policy is iron clad according to the research I've been doing. I also don't want to break platform rules by sharing off platform details. I'll see if there's a way to just refund you my earnings ($16), and if there is I will do it.

mwshughes Literally nothing. I also had two packages get lost en route to end customer and can't get anyone to help with that either. Still trying.
