dmarquissousa @s_james27 Hi! I believe the 26 is about a size 4. They are very high waisted to match your "true waist" size and not your lower waist size. Lmk if that helps!

s_james27 @dmarquissousa thanks Danielle! I think I might be closer to a size 27. I just purchased pants in a size 26 and another pair in a size 27 from different brands. American apparel seems to be on the smaller size for me.
