sadiesaids0h Hi Danielle 😢 I’m sad to see you gave me only 3 stars due to “item description” just bc the shoes are not a good fit for you when the photos & details section do in fact describe them as 8.5 accurately. I’m confused as to how I could’ve described them better? If I list them w/ diff size that doesn’t match the shoe’s size in interior label then I believe that would be an inaccurate item description. 😥 Now I’m being penalized for listing the item with exact size matching shoe’s label.

d_nicolette @sadiesaids0h I’m sorry you are sad but I too am sad because I’ve never had a pair of 8.5 shoes not fit and these shoes run closer to a 7.5 than an 8.5, so they are not just tight but I cannot get them on my feet at all. I feel it would have been beneficial to have some indicator in the descriptor that noted they run small to avoid a situation of a purchasing something I cannot use in any way.
