palmttopinappls Hey!!! I am reaching out bc i believe you will be getting a pair of men’s jeans instead of the leggings! I can’t believe I got the labels switch. I am so sorry about this! Once you get the item, open a case and they will send you a new label to have them mailed back to me and I will send the correct Ones once I receive them!

danilewiss @palmttopinappls hey!! I did receive the two pairs of men jeans. I understand the mixup. Is it guaranteed the other party is going to ship back the leggings? Is the shipping going to be taken care of? I’m sorry I’m new at this I have not ever had this happen before. Thank you!

palmttopinappls @danilewiss yes, it should just be one pair? Open a case and just follow the promps there should be a catagory you can choose that says “ wrong item” or “not correct item” and they will ask you to take a pic and post. they will email you a new shipping label to mail back to me. I’m so sorry this happened!!

danilewiss @palmttopinappls sorry for the mistake on my part not filling out the case right away. I did open a case for what I thought were these leggings but it was for another pair of leggings I bought (a mistake on my part - i deleted it). Please let me know what they say when you call tomorrow. I have no problem sending the jeans directly back to you.
