dlmecher @lb1765 hi. I have no idea how that happened. I already shipped the shoes and then an hour later i got a message that the order was cancelled. The shoes are on their way. I sent an email to customer service to try and find out what happened.

They had me reset my password. I got this email: We noticed unusual login attempts on your Poshmark account, so we have temporarily locked your account as a precaution

lynettevalentin @dlmecher Oh my heavens I am a new user too. I contacted customer support they're supposed to get back to me within a day. But I'm going in to change my email address on my profile I noticed it's not right. I hope no one used my account and charged other things. I will keep you posted if worse comes to worse I can send you money some other way

lynettevalentin @dlmecher I just heard from PoshMark and they said my account wasn't hacked but the did not respond on my order bei g cancelled. I sent another email with screenshots and I'm waiting to hear back. My online account seems to be OK the app seems to be having all the trouble and that's where I placed this order. When I receive ur package can I send the $ to your account if this is not resolved by then? I hope they call me directly to help. I left my cell#.

dlmecher @lynettevalentin thank you for looking into this. I wish I took a picture of the shipping label so I knew the address the package was sent to. I’ll check my receipt when I get hime later so hopefully I can verify the shoes were sent to the correct address. You never know what these hackers can do😡

lynettevalentin @dlmecher Hello yes I do live in Meriden! They got back to me and they reset my password so I'm trying the app right now. I'm going to update all my information so it's correct. They said they locked my account and I need to let them know once it's all set. I am looking through it now to make sure everything is correct. As soon as I confirm everything's OK I'll let them now and we'll figure out how I can pay you!

lb1765 Hi yes I got them today! I heard from Poshmark again and they finally figured out that somehow my app is a different account- they still have to fix the email on it- I have to check my accounts to be sure that person didn't charge anything! I usually get texts on my charges with every purchase so I am hoping I'm ok. in the meantime my friend said she would place the shoe order for me and I can pay her. Would that work for u?

lb1765 I tried to create a separate listing once on another selling site and someone else grabbed it before the original customer could get to it. What a mess but we could try it and maybe better luck! otherwise I could pay you some other way if Poshmark would be OK with it in this situation! I've been asking them how to pay you and they never give me an answer. I'm running off to work right now If you want to try the separate listing tomorrow at 8am EST works for me.
