hwhite31 @dmenash3 Hi! I heard back from support - here’s the scoop. They reassured me that they offer order protection to us both should something happen, but that this is likely tied to USPS delays. I’m to reach back out to them 10.2 if the package has still not arrived by then. I’ll keep my eyes on this until then and hope it makes it way to you in the next few days.
