hailtofashion Good morning Dawn ☺️ I keep looking at the pants ☺️ lol! I'm so excited! They're so incredible! I know they'll fit me too ☺️ I wish I knew what kind of shoes the model is wearing with the pants they're super chic! I'm gonna wear them with similar shoes though I love that she's wearing a pair of socks with them ☺️ I'm definitely revisiting your closet again ☺️ will you be posting any more Isabel Marant items?

closet_kondoer @hailtofashion I'm so thrilled that you love these pants as much as I do! I just really need to clean out my closet. They were honestly the hardest item for me to post but it makes me happy that you're so excited. I am going through the struggle with the other Isabel items but will be posting a few more. hailtofashion Good morning Dawn I just wanted to let you know that I received a message that my order had arrived but when I checked the mail yesterday it wasn't in there, I just didn't want you to think I wasn't accepting my order, I know how it feels when you're waiting for acceptance, we did have a different mail man yesterday too, my mail usually comes around 1:30 I can't wait 🙂🙂

hailtofashion Hi Dawn I can't believe I didn't get my package today either 😟 that's so weird, darn I'm not gonna fret, I'm bummed though, if I don't receive them tomorrow I'm gonna go to the post office hopefully they'll be able to help me see what's going on! I'll keep you posted though.

closet_kondoer @hailtofashion hi. If you check the tracking it says it was delivered to a parcel locker in Peoria. I'm not sure where that would be but you might be but I'm sure the post office can help!

hailtofashion Good morning Dawn I didn't receive my package yesterday, it was the first thing I thought about when I woke up I looked around my home, talked to my neighbors and called the post office but didn't get anywhere with that sucks! It's so weird I don't understand what's taking so long.

closet_kondoer @hailtofashion hi. Normally if it's at a locker you have to pick it up. Have you asked at the post office? I'm sure they can tell you where there locker is? Thanks!

hailtofashion @closet_kondoer Yes they leave a key for me but there hasn't been a key left for me it's so weird there would be no overlooking that it definitely wouldn't get mixed in regular mail I'm hoping today it comes I'm gonna try to be at the mailbox when my mail carrier comes.

hailtofashion Hi Dawn I'm so sorry for the confusion, I was accepting another package and I accidentally accepted the pants, I can't believe I haven't received them yet, it really really bums me out I wasn't even very excited when I got my other package I thought it was your delivery but it wasn't 😢

hailtofashion Hi Dawn I just thought of something right now, how big was the package? Did you pack it in one of the envelopes? I'm wondering because normally if it's able to fit in my mailbox that's where my mail carrier will put it but if it's too big he leaves a key. I can't stop thinking about it I really want the pants!

closet_kondoer @hailtofashion hi there. I mailed a few things that day so I can't be 100% sure, but I think it was in a small box. Is there a post office you can go to? I'm sure they can help there! I'm so sorry for you. It must be so frustrating!

hailtofashion Hi Dawn, unfortunately I still haven't received the pants 😔 I don't know I still had high hopes that they would surpringly arrive, I was thinking that whatever error the mail carrier made that it's possible they could be sent back to you or whoever received them would be kind enough to do that as well either to me or you, I'm so sorry this happened to both of us. hailtofashion @closet_kondoer I did, I spoke to a supervisor and this is the crazy thing he looked up the same information that we have I'm like"there's no more information you can tell me?" he said all he can do is see what's in the system! Wow! yeah I was surprised at that! Not cool at all
