@pocketfulloposh hi it’s been a while since I have been on but I have had a couple of people message me about some items just posted but every time I try to message them back it gives a warning that I do not need to communicate outside of posh but I don’t see how i am. I’m not sure I know how to respond back to anyone. It won’t let me. Can you assist me?

@dcartner good morning! I’ve never had that message before. If someone asks you to send photos or details to a phone number or email, they are scammers and are considered transactions outside of Poshmark. That’s the only thing I’ve seen since joining back in 2019. I always report those accounts since we are not allowed to communicate outside of the Poshmark platform. I hope this helps!
