Hi There love. Your bag charms are at the post office and have been there since May 3. Tracking says they are being held at customer request. If you are able to go get them and complete delivery that would be super. 👍😁 I assume your anxious to get them. Posh won’t release my payment until you take delivery. Thanks Debbie

@dalinn1 Debbie, please let me know if you’re going to pick up your purchase at the post office or not. I have been waiting for over 10 days to receive my payment and this is unacceptable. Send a family member, friend or neighbor. Notify the post off to return the package. Do what needs to be done and show respect for me as a seller.

@cwishrn @mtn_lady Yes I agree Debbie. Please receive the merchandise. Can’t you now ask the post office to deliver it? I’m not sure why it’s being held. If you are home bound, have them deliver it to you. If I’m missing something please let me know. Or have someone get it for you. Please respond and tell us both how you are going to resolve this. I have contacted Posh support and know they are asking you to receive the items. Thanks

@gigi825 I’m so sorry, have been out of town on a family emergency. Will be home Monday (I hope) and will pick up then. This has been an awful year for me, and I completely understand your concern and irritation at my not being able to pick up my parcels at the P.O. In a more timely manner. If I had someone to assist me, it sure would help. Unfortunately, I do not. I truly apologize for any problems I’ve caused you and other Poshers with whom I’ve placed orders.

Hopefully I’ll be home Monday and will be able to pick yours up then. I have no one at home who can help me with tasks like this, nor did I anticipate all the difficulties I’ve endured this year. @mhintenberger Hello! I’m truly sorry for not being able to pick up my order at the P.O. because I’ve been out of town on a very concerning family emergency. This came up quite unexpectedly, and my presence was necessary. Had I known I’d be causing you and several other Poshers problems by not being able to pick up my parcels in a more timely manner, I’d never have placed my orders when I did. I’m hoping to be back home Monday, and I will visit the post office to pick up these packages.

Debbie... I sent you a message earlier regarding your package still being at the post office. I had to reach out to Poshmark for assistance Because I count on my Poshmark money to help pay the shelter animals Vet bills, etc. I know that life gets busy I certainly understand that. Poshmark did release my payment today as it has been 14 days since I mailed your package out & 8 of those days, it was held at your post office at your request
