I received a purchase today that has two areas of damage that are very visible. There was no reference to the damage or pics that showed any visible damage. They were described as “in good condition”. (See following)

newport0281 I’m so sorry about the boots. I know how it feels to get an item that is not up to the standards you expected. I honestly thought when I cleaned the boots the stains were gone. As far as the tags go I didn’t even notice. Careless I know. If Poshmark gives you any difficulty I promise to make good the refund. I apologize again.

Mistakes happen. Please don’t beat yourself up. I’ve only listed & sold one item that was NWT but just listed several vintage pieces & some I’ve made & I’m so anxious they won’t meet buyers expectations. Guess I should worry more about selling them first! 😉

janimack7 Hi, Deborah! Just now saw your question...looks like you got some great advice and things are working out.😍💕😍 As for the bundle....it means someone liked your item and started a bundle. Sometimes it means the person wants to save the item to come back to it later. You can also look at the bundle and see the bottom right where you can make them an offer if you want. 😍🍃🌼🍃

janimack7 @deborah_everett When a party is going on, when you share your item, it will automatically go to the party if it fits the criterion. All 7PM (Pacific Time) parties accept all items. So right now, if you share your items, you should see them in the party. 😊💞💜

There are so many pics that i don’t have room to post the few scuff marks & dings on heels. What’s a “work around” for this? I believe I saw a listing where someone has created a second listing for same item with more pics that they referenced in 1st listing. If you did that, would you mark it as “not available” & not share it with followers? Your suggestions? Thanks!!!

Yes, you can make a 2nd listing labeled like that if you need to post more than 8 photos... or, you can make a photo with several photos in it to keep it down to 1 listing (which is preferable.) To do this, I use the app PIC COLLAGE. (It is pretty user friendly.) Let me know if I can be of more help!😍🍃😍

Items get shared but very few likes. I’m getting discouraged. Would you mind looking at my closet & giving me some feedback? Is it the items? The price? The pics? Description? Thanks! janimack7 Just shared your closet...it is great! Great prices and clear pictures! Great job! A couple of tips: Share your closet several times a day and to any parties they fit. Share from your newsfeed, refreshing page often, as these people are ‘active’ at that time. Make a bundle discount. (Buyers love those discounts!)

It does get very overwhelming. I know when I send a tag in the game, it's bc I thought of you girls. No phones in them - just a lot of graffiti. Some have been turned into snack stands. The other pic with “Platform 9 3/4” was taken at “Kings Cross Station” - where Harry Potter & friends getting on the “Hogwarts Express” was filmed.
