I'm trying to figure out how the order got cancelled the money was taken but I never canceled the order and I can't figure out what the problem actually is . if you can fill me in that would be fantastic cuz I still want the items I just don't know what the problem is .

woodheat336 it makes no sense at all because the shoes were already purchased and the money was taken out of the account and then canceled . a lot of times where I work I don't have service and I can't check things and then I forget to check . so do you still have the Nine West shoes or did you sell them.

not2dayy @woodheat336 I still have them!! Like I said you mentioned the partial orange sticker on inside of heel. So I tried to remove it and accidentally took off some of the color of the inside where sticker was. So I canceled cuz you were obviously very picky (understandably so). I figured now that they’re actually damaged you wouldn’t want them.Let me know
