i am very careful buying mostly from you but have gotten a couple of small things that were not great...what do you do? The biggest complaint is they have an awful perfumey smell...used, i would guess, to cover up smell from goodwill..how do you know? i just wont ever order from them again but am not sure how to check....😰

Hey Dedie, I still haven't heard from PM, so I reached out to some ambassadors for advice hoping they might know something I don't. One responded that the buyer has to accept the order before PM will release funds. Of course, I knew this, but it jogged my memory. I recall when you got the pkg you said it wouldn't allow you to leave a review, remember? Since a review is part of the acceptance process, do you suppose it was never accepted by the buyer in the system? Just a thought?

@4duffy 😂🤣❤️❤️was thinking about you.there are some wacky poshers out there...I met 1 a few weeks ago. Picked 3 things .. 9 days went by and i heard nothing. I asked if she was going to ship or should i cancel.She promised to ship the next day. 3 more days went by and i got a message saying she could not find 1 of the things ...did i still want the other 2 .I said yes .. 3 more days went by and i got-a messAge from pm that the order had been cancelled. wow...i am spoiled by dealing with you.

@dedieh That's just crazy! I have done a good bit of shopping here as well and had sellers actually cancel my purchases too, never stating even a reason! It leaves you hanging, like what are they even doing on Posh? But I've never experienced what you decribed. That's ridiculous!

@dedieh I think sometimes sellers have good intentions, but then things get hectic and they struggle to follow through. You definitely have to remain organized to do this successfully. I have had the feeling of panic because I couldn't find something that I sold!😳 Fortunately, I eventually find it, right under my nose... LOL!
