vallouise2320 @del_mm I just saw your rating and giving me 1 Star is very appalling, i have never received a terrible rating as that, those pants are absolute brand new I bought them from the Ann Taylor factory store and that is not my size, I did not wear them as I am a plus size person. If you do want them you can return them, and I will donate them to a charity, those pants cost $49.99 and was on sale for $29.99 and you purchased it for $10 when I had it on sale for $12 here

vallouise2320 @del_mm How can you rate a person with a 1_star as thats is absolute vicious and down right spiteful. To give me a 1 Star, when I took time to ship out the next day which is quick and I enclosed a Gift and a thank you note and your items were packaged securely as every item I post pictures and video as a measure to protect myself.

vallouise2320 @del_mm for you to write 1-Star and as item approve +cleanliness and additional comments as crotch area, have you ever thought that people do go into a store and try on clothes and then the clothes is put back on the rack! I purchased this from the store and again not my size and I inspected the pants when I bought them as there was no tears and button and zipper worked as those are necessities and pants were clean no stains on either legs

vallouise2320 @del_mm and if the item was so bad why are you keeping the pants and not returning them as you accepted. you know you got a Great deal as you would of paid double that in Ann Taylor store and you would never been able to buy these for $10 dollars and to boot get a gift, I dont have to even send a gift, but as courtesy and customer service, I do as I am a professional in the business.

vallouise2320 @del_mm dont ever shop with me again! you paid $10 for pants and received a $25 Free GIFT item(from a Salon) I always give more gifts to what a customer pay or up to, and on my page I have pictures uploaded with all the items cust bought and how I packed them and all the many extra gifts I give, and I dont have to give that to a customers.

vallouise2320 @del_mm and Just so you realize, alot of sellers out here do not give gifts when you buy , I have made it a secure practice to give good surprise gifts to my customers and you should look at my page and see all of that before you judge so poorly!!!
