marabargainposh Hi I'm so sorry you found zipper to be broken. Anything wrong with the item should have been reported immediately and a return would have been issued-- a buyer has 3 full fays to inspect the item. I'm not sure how a return would work now... Mara

marabargainposh @xojustdaisy Gosh hope it can be repaired-- Some PM advice I got was to examine a purchase within 3 days so if necessary a return can be started. Also then the seller has an opportunity to respond. Like many PM sellers I film the packaging so it is clear all zippers work etc... Good Luck!
