britzfitz @dchappell55 so you can’t write on their about me page? That’s weird! Maybe their profile got deactivated? I would message Poshmark support about it. You’ll be able to cancel your purchase if they don’t ship within a certain amount of time. Annoying, because I’m sure you actually want the item! Did you post a comment on the item as well?

dchappell55 @britashka yes I have tried to reply to her comments. I purchased from her on the day before Labor Day the only thing I am able to view a tracking number but no dates. I reached out to her on the 6th day asking when it will ship she advised me that I would not see the shipping date until they were delivered. Which is not true I have ordered and sold items to know once the item is shipped you get a estimated delivery date. You shipped today it has a delivery date of 9/17

britzfitz @dchappell55 I would contact support then, her response sounds very shady!! It’s odd that there’s any tracking at all though, since you shouldn’t be able to see that until it’s actually sent, right?

dchappell55 @britashka I got this from USPS he Postal Service is aware of the frustration and disappointment caused when we do not live up to our commitment of safe and reliable mail service. I pulled the tracking information on your package inquiry, and our tracking system only shows that a label was created on 9/7/2021. The system does not show the package has entered the mail stream for processing. The sender will have to be contacted for further shipping information.

britzfitz @dchappell55 I’d contact Poshmark and let them know how many days ago you bought it, the incorrect info that the seller told you, that it hasn’t started shipping, and then cancel your purchase once you’re able to. She printed the label so why not actually ship the item?! I guess it’s always possible that it didn’t get scanned & she did send it. Hopefully you can cancel the order, get your money back, and then who knows - maybe it’ll show up at your door in a week or two?!
