deniseb7861 @miasheneman they did ship. Yesterday, I dropped them off at the UPS Store. I put a note inside. 2 days after you bought them, my husband got hit by a forklift at work. I spent 4 days in the hospital with him. I also put some little gifts inside for you as an apology, as I am very sorry...

deniseb7861 @miasheneman I returned a laptop to Amazon because it's missing the hard drive and the guy at UPS Store printed the label. I just checked my photos. They sent it to you instead of Amazon. Those guys are morons...Let me see what I have to do to get it sent from you to Amazon and I will have them send a return label to you

deniseb7861 @miasheneman no, they won't refund me until they have the laptop back in their possession. I had to have it back by March 12th. I told them the circumstances and they extended it, but they still won't refund it until they have it.
