If you look at the description , which you said was not properly described, there is no comment of them being a straight fit. Seems you need to ask mor questions instead of assuming! Good Day!

dwalls75 @jefsweetie you put them in the category of straight leg, which shows up in the listing. I should not have to ask if the listing is correct. I just assumed it was. But they are very obviously not straight leg jeans.
